Estate administration

The attorneys at Stephens Boatwright can help you with the estate administration process (also called probate) in the event you have been named executor in a will or have qualified as administrator for an estate. Estate Administration is the court-managed process by which the estate (the assets) of the deceased is distributed according to state laws. We make the process as understandable and uncomplicated as possible.
