Fees

The fees for legal services must always be evaluated and established on a case-by-case basis since no two cases are the same.

Generally, fee arrangements fall into one of three categories or formats:
  1. Flat fees
  2. Hourly fees
  3. Contingent fee
Flat fees are often utilized in circumstances where the quantity and nature of work is predictable such as wills, many traffic and criminal matters, and incorporations. Hourly-based fees are generally used where the quantity and extent of services required is uncertain, such as most domestic cases. Contingent fee arrangements are generally used in personal injury cases and cannot legally be used in domestic cases.

Our attorneys will discuss the fee arrangement in detail prior to beginning any legal work.
