Map/Directions Stephens, Boatwright, Primeau, Cooper & Coleman 9255 Lee Avenue Manassas, VA 20110 (703) 361-8246 Directions from I95 South From Prince William Parkway: Take 95 South to the Prince William Parkway, Manassas exit. Stay on the Parkway until you reach the intersection of Liberia Avenue and Prince William Parkway. Turn R I G H T onto Liberia Avenue and go through a couple of lights. Follow the signs for 28 South. Turn L E F T from Liberia Avenue onto 28 South and stay on 28 South. As you approach Old Towne Manassas, you will see a fire station on your right, this begins one-way traffic into Old Towne Manassas. Stay straight until you come to the intersection of Grant Avenue and Church Street. There will be an F & M Bank on the left as you approach the intersection, and a Wachovia Bank on your right, and a 7-11 on your left at this intersection. Turn R I G H T onto Grant Avenue and go one block to the intersection of Grant and Lee Avenue. There is no light. Turn L E F T onto Lee Avenue. Our building is the third townhouse on the left. We are located across from the old courthouse, which is being renovated. Directions From 234 (it takes a little longer because it is two lanes most of the way and there is construction) Take I95 to the exit for 234 towards Manassas. Stay on 234 all the way into Old Towne Manassas. As you drive under the railroad tracks, 234 becomes Grant Avenue. Stay on Grant Avenue until you reach the intersection of Grant and Lee Avenue Turn L E F T onto Lee Avenue.
