Fees Stephens, Boatwright, Primeau, Cooper & Coleman, P.C. generally charges a standard one-third contingency fee for representation in personal injury and related matters; however, you may, at your option, choose to have us represent you at a predetermined hourly rate. If a contingency arrangement is selected, the fee is one-third of the gross settlement or verdict. Clients are responsible for court costs, litigation expenses, etc. In many cases, the firm can advance those costs and expenses on behalf of a client.
