Charles J. Nucciarone, or C.J. as he’s known around the office, has represented individuals and businesses all over the Commonwealth of Virginia in a variety of criminal, DUI, traffic, and civil matters. C.J.’s criminal, DUI, and traffic experience includes low-level traffic citations (like speeding), more serious traffic matters like Reckless Driving and DUI, misdemeanor criminal offenses such as simple assault and battery, domestic violence, and shoplifting offenses, to the most serious felony crimes including violent crime, drug possession and distribution, homicide, and sexually-based offenses.

It is C.J.’s mission to provide affordable, aggressive, and, most importantly, effective representation to those accused of a criminal or traffic offense in his native home of Northern Virginia and Virginia’s Piedmont and Shenandoah regions. He has obtained “not guilty” verdicts in a variety of criminal and traffic cases and has negotiated favorable plea bargains in countless others. C.J. defends adults and juveniles in all Northern Virginia, Piedmont, and Shenandoah courts including Prince William County, Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Arlington County, Fauquier County, Culpeper County, Orange County, Spotsylvania County, Stafford County, Rappahannock County, Shenandoah County, Warren County, and Frederick County and the cities/towns of Manassas, Manassas Park, Haymarket, Dumfries, Occoquan, Fairfax, Fredericksburg, Winchester, and Alexandria.

C.J. also has extensive experience representing both individuals and businesses in a variety of civil litigation matters including personal injury, landlord-tenant, premises liability, contractor liability, dog bite, veterinary liability, and bedbug infestation cases. The highlights of C.J.’s civil practice are obtaining a defense verdict in favor of his client in a million-dollar lawsuit over an alleged bedbug infestation and having a published opinion from the Virginia Supreme Court regarding the source of duty rule and contractor liability for an allegedly non-watertight home.

Whether this is your first interaction with the justice system, or you’ve had to deal with lawyers and courtrooms more often than you’d like, call C.J. today to arrange a consultation. He offers free consultations for many of his practice areas.
