Kevin Fernandez focuses his practice on four areas: civil litigation, bankruptcy, criminal defense, business law and contract drafting. He also has experience in a wide variety of civil litigation, ranging from Virginia breach of contract claims to property ownership disputes.

Kevin earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law where he served as a student attorney in Villanova’s Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services. Passionate about pro bono work, Kevin also volunteered as the Chair of the Expungement Clinic of the Montgomery County Public Defender Office, helping hundreds of clients put their past behind them and start new lives.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys watching NBA basketball and eating pizza with his dog.
