PRACTICE AREAS
In the area of estate planning and estate administration, I enjoy matching the available tools to my client’s goals and priorities.
My estate planning practice includes the preparation of Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, and Powers of Attorney and Advance Medical Directives as well as strategies based on the titling of assets and the utilization of beneficiary designations.
My estate planning practice involves utilizing tools including trusts to protect the inheritance of underage and immature beneficiaries. We also can protect the inheritances of family members who are receiving public benefits such as SSI and Medicaid.
My estate administration practice includes assisting in the probate process (court supervised transfer of assets) as well as various forms of non-probate transfers including the utilization of trusts and retirement accounts.
I also practice in the area of Conservatorships and Guardianships representing individuals who are seeking a Conservatorship or Guardianship over another family member.
I enjoy helping families and individuals plan for their loved ones.
I prepare Premarital Agreements for clients who are contemplating a marriage.
I have deep roots in the community through my community service including providing scholarships and other funding for the youth of the community.
